Svartifoss - at the north peak of Scotland and the south side of Iceland there are glorious hexagonal rock formations running from the land into the water. On beautiful summer days, the atmosphere there is serene and calm and you can feel the earths elements as you walk bare foot down to the water.
So when asked to design a kitchen for a young nature loving  couple with kids, I wanted bring that atmosphere into their home. All of us parents know that mealtimes can be quite hectic and overwhelming, therefore the design is set up in such a way that it is not only practical and functional but also calming and with a link to the beautiful garden.
