Born in 1979, Lily Menten is an artist-designer living in Belgium. In 2010 she established her design studio. At first focusing on event design and later specializing in commercial and brand design.
Always wanting to learn more she enrolled at Thomas More OHO Interior & Design in 2017. Not only to master the latest design software, but rather the possibility to learn from experienced
designers in her field.
Over the years Lily has developed her signature style she calls ‘Yuzuzume’.
Yuzuyume is best described as MinimalistKawaii combining the clean lines and natural warm textures of Scandinavian design with the colourful cuteness that is Japanese Kawaii. Lily’s interiors are light with a lot of natural elements and colourful accents. Those colourful touches are the main focus in her otherwork. Lily’s initials make up the word LiMe which is Yuzu and Yume means dream. With her interiors and installations Lily creates her own happy colourful world.
